The Climate Change Competence Center (4C Maroc), represented by the Minister of Energy, Mines and the Environment and Chairman of the Board of Directors of 4C Maroc, Aziz Rebbah, and United Cities and Local Governments of Africa (UCLG Africa), represented by its Secretary General, Jean Pierre Elong Mbassi, signed, Tuesday in Madrid, a framework cooperation agreement, on the sidelines of COP25 (December 2 to 13).
